WHAT can be returned?
Adaptive Fitz Clothing offers a 100% Satisfaction policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with products we guarantee a 100% refund on goods returned less any shipping costs.

If the product is faulty or incorrectly sent you will be fully reimbursed including your cost to return products and in addition any replacement products will be sent free of shipping charges.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
If goods need to be returned, we request that you call us on 0407 079 301 within 14 days of invoice and return within 28 days.

HOW do customers return items?
Please return goods in original condition and include a copy of original invoice noting date of telephone call discussing reason for return.

SHIPPING for returns?
If goods were faulty or shipped by mistake Adaptive Fitz Clothing will reimburse return freight and will pay freight on replacement order.

If goods are returned because of a change mind or incorrect sizes were ordered the customer is required to pay return freight and any freight on a replacement order.

CREDIT for returns?
Within 7 days of receiving returned goods in a satisfactory condition customers will have the full cost of products and where applicable freight charges returned to them via their payment method

Packing materials?
Goods need to be neatly returned in original condition, but not necessarily original packaging.
